Return Policy

1. Who we are

This Return Policy applies to purchases made from Zlozarinoujrozis, Vesterbrogade 6C, 1620 København, Denmark. You can contact us by email at message@zlozarinoujrozis.world or by phone at +45 33 14 82 66. Our Terms of Service also apply to your purchase.

2. Your right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Agreements Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. If you ordered multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or the third party) acquire physical possession of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the following model wording, but it is not obligatory: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name and order reference]. Ordered on / received on: [date]. My name and address: [your name and address]. Signature (if sent by post): [optional]." Sending your withdrawal message before the 14-day period has expired is sufficient to meet the deadline.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offered), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear that cost or we have failed to inform you that you must bear it. We are not required to reimburse the supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offered.

4. Condition of returned goods

You should return the goods in the same condition in which you received them, in their original packaging where possible, and only handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g. as you would in a shop). If the goods have been unsealed or used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning, we may reduce the amount of the reimbursement to reflect any diminished value of the goods, in accordance with applicable law. We will inform you of any such reduction and the reason before making the reimbursement. If you believe the goods were defective or not as described, please contact us; your statutory rights (including the right to a remedy for lack of conformity) are not affected by this Return Policy.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under Danish and EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others: (a) goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised; (b) goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; (c) sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. To the extent that our products (e.g. sealed food supplements) fall within an exception, we will inform you clearly before you place your order. If no such exception is stated, the 14-day withdrawal right applies as described above.

6. Defective or non-conforming goods

If the goods you received are defective, damaged, or do not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong product, missing items), please contact us as soon as possible. You have statutory rights under Danish law (including the Danish Sale of Goods Act – Købeloven) to have the goods brought into conformity (repair or replacement) or to a price reduction or rescission of the contract, depending on the circumstances. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. In such cases, we will typically cover the cost of returning the defective goods; please confirm with us before returning.

7. How to return the goods

To return goods under your right of withdrawal (or as agreed with us for defective goods), please:

  1. Contact us by email at message@zlozarinoujrozis.world or by phone at +45 33 14 82 66 to inform us of your withdrawal or return, and to obtain our return address and any return reference if required.
  2. Pack the goods securely, preferably in the original packaging, and include your name, order reference, and (if applicable) the reason for return.
  3. Send the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and keeping proof of posting. You are responsible for the cost of return unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods are defective.
  4. Once we receive the goods (or proof of return), we will process your refund as set out in section 3 above.

If you are returning goods because they are defective or not as described, please indicate this in your message so we can prioritise your case and, where appropriate, arrange for the return at our cost.

8. Refund method and timing

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving the goods back or your proof of return (for withdrawal), or within the timeframe agreed with you for other returns. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We will do our best to resolve the matter. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) to submit a complaint. In Denmark, you can also contact the Danish Consumer Council (Forbrugerrådet) or the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen) for guidance on your rights.

10. Changes to this Return Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised when we make changes. Changes will not affect returns for orders placed before the date of the change, except where the change is to your benefit. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
